This is La Verdad, my granja de alpacas on the outskirts of Las Trunas, Cuba, not far from the Long John Silver's. I purchased La Verdad in 1938 with proceeds from "Heaven On Earth," my best-selling history of Orlando, Florida, which was translated into forty-six languages, including Urdu and English.
